“Rise Con Ganas” means to rise with determination, passion, and perseverance. Rise symbolizes growth and progress, while Con Ganas is a Spanish phrase that conveys drive, motivation, and a strong will to succeed. Together, it reflects the spirit of first-generation students and professionals who push forward despite challenges, striving for success and creating new opportunities for themselves and their communities.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain restrictions may apply. For more details, please review our refund policy or contact us for assistance.

Can I exchange for size or color?

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please write the size you would like for your exchange on the packing slip. Items must be unworn, fragrance free with tags still attached. Please ship it to:

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, and for shipping:

Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days

Expedited Shipping: 3 to 5 business days

If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier do you use? 

We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check or paypal. We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
