To ensure your package is delivered correctly and on time, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. This includes correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or building numbers, and route information (if applicable). If your address is incorrect or incomplete at the time of purchase, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders require processing time, separate from the shipping time. On average, domestic orders take up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process. After payment verification, standard orders may take up to 2 business days for processing, but this does not include weekends or holidays.

For U.S. orders, shipping may take anywhere from 1-9 business days from the shipment date, depending on the shipping method and destination. This time frame begins once the order is shipped, not when it is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from riseconganas.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that claims may take up to 30 days to process, depending on the carrier.

We do not accept responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier and do not offer refunds or credits for such packages.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If any items in your order are out of stock, we will ship the remaining items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock items to your original payment method.
